U.S. Army National Guard Soldiers with 59th Aviation Troop Command (ATC), South Carolina National Guard, conduct a change of command ceremony at the South Carolina National Guard Army Aviation Support Facility (Location 1), McEntire Joint National Guard Base, South Carolina, June 06, 2021.
