A medical examination is taking place in what appears to be a field clinic or temporary medical facility. A healthcare worker in a green shirt and face mask is examining a young boy's mouth/throat while an adult male, presumably the child's father, holds the boy steady. Additional personnel in military camouflage uniforms and face masks are visible in the background working at a table.

U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Eric Cielinski, a physician assistant with the 151st Medical Det-1, provides medical care in the pediatric section of the Military Medical Surgical Field Hospital in Tafraoute, Morocco on June 12, 2021 during African Lion 2021. African Lion 2021 is U.S. Africa Command’s largest, premier, joint, annual exercise hosted by Morocco, Tunisia, and Senegal, 7-18 June. More than 7,000 participants from nine nations and NATO train together with a focus on enhancing readiness for us and partner nation forces. AL21 is multi-domain, null-component, and multinational exercise, which employs a full array of mission capabilities with the goal to strengthen interoperability among participants.
