(June 11, 2021) Senior Chief Damage Controlman Joab Estrada, damage control assistant onboard the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Detroit (LCS 7), installs a 3D-printed fire alarm cover furnished by the Fabrication Lab at Naval Station Mayport’s Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC). SERMC provides surface ship maintenance, modernization and technical expertise in support of the ships and facilities on base.
