Maj. Edward Chang, a head and neck surgeon with the Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital and Command Surgeon of the 19th ESC and Capt. David Johnson, commander of the 75th Medical Company Area Support completes the final task of disassembling the M4 carbine rifle as part of the Expert Field Medical Badge competition on May 21, 2021, at Rodriguez Multi-Purpose Live Fire Complex, commonly known as Rodriquez Range. Chang was one of two to be awarded the elite medical badge out of over 100 candidates.
