Reggie Salisbury, 87-year-old Army veteran, and member of the American Ex-Prisoners of War – Lowcountry Chapter, displays medals he received during World War II, including the Prisoner of War and World War II Victory Medals. Salisbury was a scout for a Native American Comanche code talker named Charlie Wall, and is a veteran of the Invasion of Normandy and ex-POW.
