Norfolk, VA - Fleet Marine Force Atlantic hosts the quarterly Maritime Expeditionary Warfare operational advisory group roadshow Wednesday in the first in-person planning event for the community of interest members since COVID restrictions decreased. The three hour event was an opportunity to synchronize efforts from across HQMC, the MARFORs and waterfront partnerships. Key participants included US Fleet Forces Command, Naval Beach Group 2, Naval Expeditionary Combat Command, EWTGLANT, Expeditionary Strike Group 2 and HQMC entities from Combat Development, PP&O, POF and FMFLANT. In partnership with U.S. Fleet Forces Command, FMFLANT leads planning for the Marine Corps Naval integration campaign and underscores the Naval services' commitment to sustaining maritime superiority around the globe.
