YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 26, 2021) - Retail Services Specialist 3rd Class James Boost, from Baltimore, assigned to U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) learns the proper technique of donning a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) during damage control training aboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka on May 26, 2021. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
