U.S. Army Reserve Lt. Col. Jung Lee, current operations Chief for the 358th Civil Affairs Brigade, and assigned to the role of tactical Information Operations planner for Command Post Exercise – Functional (CPX-F) 21-02 at Ft. McCoy, Wis., briefs the coordinated messaging of the operation during the rehearsal of concept drill on June 5, 2021. Nested messages and cooperation across the Civil Affairs, PsyOp and Public Affairs units assigned to the exercise allow Soldiers to bring together different skill sets from the Army Reserve and have them work together toward a common goal of mission success.
