YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 21, 2021) – Gunner’s Mate Seaman Christopher Dorre, from Levittown, Pa., demonstrates personnel search procedures on Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Nestor Gonzalez, from Gaithersburg, Md., during an anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP) drill at the entry control point of U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). ATFP drills provide Sailors with valuable training and experience to handle shipboard threats and security risks. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
