FORT CARSON, Colo. — Maj. Gen. Matthew W. McFarlane, commanding general, 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, and his wife, Kelly, present the Hall of Fame ribbon award to Marisol Wentling at the Elkhorn Conference Center May 12, 2021, at Fort Carson in honor of the 4th Inf. Div. and Fort Carson’s Annual Volunteer Award Recognition Ceremony. She has been honored as a Youth Volunteer of the Year five times at two installations and she has logged over 4,000 volunteer hours across 25 organizations, while encouraging her peers to lead volunteer opportunities.
