Air Force Lt. Col. J. Ramos the commander of the 3rd Maintenance Squadron and Paul Rotkus of the Anchorage Port Authority watch as the crash recovery unit plans to access the F-4 Phantom fuel tank in the Anchorage Port, Sept. 18, 2012. The Anchorage Port Authority and the the JBER Crash Recovery Unit under the 3rd MXS are removing an F-4 fuel tank that is embedded in the harbor bank.
