Ramos the commander of the 3rd Maintenance Squadron and Paul Rotkus of the Anchorage Port Authority watch as the crash recovery unit plans to access the F-4 Phantom fuel tank in the Anchorage Port, Sept. 18, 2012. The Anchorage Port Authority and the the JBER Crash Recovery Unit under the 3rd MXS are removing an F-4 fuel tank that is embedded in the harbor bank.
