    HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- Special Operations Command South personnel inspect a modular tent for operations in austere conditions when called to deploy quickly to support partner nations in times of need, April 21. SOCSOUTH develops and strengthens relationships through theater security cooperation, counter transnational criminal organizations, and counter-terrorism purposes with partner nations' special operations units in the Southern Command’s area of responsibility and is the most consistent partner in the region.
