    Airmen with the Massachusetts and Pennsylvania Air National Guard use climbing gear and operate a mobile crane to hoist and connect a section of radio communications tower, May 17, 2021, at the 177th Fighter Wing, Atlantic City Air National Guard Base, N.J.
