Border Patrol Pipes and Drums leads a multi-agency color guard during the ceremony held by the Big Bend Area Law Enforcement Officers Association on May 26, 2021, on the campus of Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas. The horse statue titled, "Donde Esta? (Where is he)", is a sculpture by Curtis Fort which sits upon a platform with the names of fallen Big Bend region officers who died in the line of duty. All three components of U.S. Customs and Border Protection were represented with personnel from Border Patrol, Office of Field Operations and Air and Marine Operations.
