The Air Force Civil Engineer Center's Energy Directorate won a 2020 Federal Energy Program Management Contracting Award for it's Energy Savings Performance Contract at Misawa Air Base, Japan. The contract has an implementation value of $207 million, annual electrical load reduction of 60 percent and annual energy savings of more than 250,000 million British thermal units.
