U.S. Marines with 1st Squad, 3rd Platoon, Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 6, conduct a security patrol in Sangin, Helmand province, Afghanistan Sept. 9, 2012. Marines conducted the security patrol to disrupt the flow of lethal and illicit aid by the enemy in the area.
