The United States Air Force Band Commander Col. Larry Lang conducts the Ceremonial Brass during a dignified transfer ceremony, Sept. 14, at Joint Base Andrews, Md. The ceremony honored U.S. Foreign Service members killed on Sept. 11, 2012, at the U.S. embassy in Benghazi, Libya. President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton honored the four American patriots during the ceremony with comments about their military and diplomatic backgrounds and contributions to international diplomacy.
