ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 12, 2021) An MH-60R Sea Hawk assigned to the “Spartans” of Helicopter Maritime Strike (HSM) Squadron 70 takes off from the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Ignatius (DDG 117). Paul Ignatius is operating in the Atlantic Ocean in support of U.S. Sixth Fleet’s full spectrum of joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied, joint, and inter-agency, partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
