Jerome Brown, 436th Maintenance Squadron avionics technician, uses a multimeter to test a C-17 Globemaster III flight instrument at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, May 5, 2021. The avionic backshop employs a diverse collection of testing equipment to assist in evaluating issues.
