Roger Keen, director, U.S. Army Museums; and Mark Moore, chairman of the Crater Planning District Commission, sign a Memorandum of Understanding formalizing their intent to establish a publicly accessible museum enclave on Fort Lee Thursday, May 6, 2021, at the Woman's Army Museum on Fort Lee. The enclave is to include the Army Women’s Museum, the Quartermaster Museum and the Transportation Pavilion.
