Soldiers with the 492nd Harbor Master Detachment assess and treat casualties during the Camp Patriot mass casualty drill at Kuwaiti Naval Base, Kuwait, Aug. 26. The drill tested Soldiers and units across the base on reacting to a high volume of casualties with varying injuries. "It was very realistic training," said Sgt. 1st Class Joseph D. Sherling, the noncommissioned officer in charge of the 492nd. "The TMC [troop medical clinic] here dressed the casualties, about 20 of them, with all types of injuries," he added.
