Sgt. 1st Class Raymond Carson, of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, breaks down the air conditioning unit from a military dome tent generator, Sept. 2, 2012, as part of Joint Task Force-Panther in Charlotte, N.C. Carson, of Raleigh, N.C., helped connect the large coils to smaller ones that were fed into the windows of the Rudisill National Guard Armory Joint Operations Center when the cooling system failed a few days prior. JTF-Panther made up the military support and response element for the Democratic National Convention, a national special-security event held Sept. 3-6, in Charlotte.
