200419-N-SK929-1001 SANTA RITA, Guam (Apr. 19, 2021) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Det. Guam operate a 12k Forklift and MTVR MK 31 with a 34-Ton Stake Trailer to transport a container holding a T56-A-427A engine. The engine came from an E-2D Hawkeye on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and was transported to the Naval Supply Systems Command warehouse on Naval Base Guam for shipment to the manufacturer for repairs. NMCB 11 Det. Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, theater security cooperation, and support Major Combat Operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet areas of operation.
