Friends and family members of Shelby Harding dine at a local Augusta, Ga. restaurant after an award-memorial ceremony for Shelby's late-husband, Steve, in Augusta, Ga., Sept. 1. Capt. Kyle Hatzinger, commander for Company D, 1st Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, presented the Combat Infantryman's Badge to Shelby on behalf of Steve.
