A large military helicopter is performing an external sling load operation, transporting a military ground vehicle (likely a HMMWV/Humvee) suspended beneath it via cargo straps. The aircraft appears to be a Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion, identifiable by its three-engine configuration and seven-blade rotor system, with the tail number '03' partially visible. The operation is taking place over an arid desert landscape with mountain ranges visible in the background.
