Two military personnel in MARPAT (Marine pattern) camouflage uniforms and combat helmets are working together near a military vehicle, handling what appears to be a fuel container or equipment bag. The scene appears to be an outdoor field exercise or operational environment with rocky terrain and sparse trees visible in the background. Strong backlighting from the sun creates lens flare across the image.
