Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael A. Grinston speaks to Family members both in-person and online during the 3rd Battalion, 39th Infantry Regiment graduation ceremony April 22 at HIlton Field. The graduation was the first in-person Basic Combat Training graduation since March 2020 when COVID precautions forced their cancellations. Grinston was the guest speaker at the event.
