    Lt. Robert Hanson and Hospitalman Tiffany Martin, both assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), write out prescriptions to patients outside City Hall. Sailors from the ship's health services department and Olongapo City's health department spent the day caring for several hundred patients.
