Col. Susan A. Davidson, the incoming commander for the 599th Transportation Terminal Group out of Oahu, Hawaii, and Command Sgt. Maj. David C Jarvis, the incoming sergeant major for the 599th TTG, uncase their colors during the transfer of authority ceremony with 598th TTG out of Rotterdam, Netherlands, at a port in Kuwait, Nov. 24. The 598th TTG completed a six-month tour in Kuwait in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
