U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Daniel P. Bush, a civil affairs specialist with the 418th Civil Affairs Battalion, 308th Civil Affairs Brigade, 353rd Civil Affairs Command, receives an Army Achievement Medal from Command Sgt. Maj. Peter Trotter, senior enlisted advisor for U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), for his achievements at the USACAPOC (A) Best Warrior Competition at Fort Jackson, S.C., held April 8-11.
Bush was named the runner-up to Soldier of the Year and will go on to represent USACAPOC (A) at the U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition later this summer at Ft. McCoy, Wisconsin.
