Capt. Donovan Holloway, an intelligence officer at Marine Corps Systems Command, demonstrates a prototype version of the new Physical Training Uniform. On April 13, MCSC awarded four contracts to manufacture prototypes for an updated PTU, which will then be tested and evaluated by MCSC.
