Stephen Perkins, 705th Training Squadron, left, for his superior performance and recent achievements at Hurlburt Field, Florida, April 6, 2021. Perkins, deputy director wing weapons and tactics for the 705th TRS, exemplified himself by expertly instructing over 350 hours of Joint All Domain Command and Control academics and planning exercises producing 16 Total Force Initiative Multi Domain Warfare Officers. He played a key role in developing the first ever 13O Instructor Upgrade Training course covering 105 hours of instruction and standardized the operational C2 debrief process. Additionally, he synchronized 505th Command and Control Wing scenario development leading to the development and refinement of two scenarios saving the U.S. Air Force three-hundred thousand dollars annually.
