SAN DIEGO (Apr 9, 2021) Capt. Devin Morrison, incoming commanding officer Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD)/Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command San Diego (NMRTC), provides his report of relief to Rear Adm. Tim Weber, Naval Medical Forces (NMF) Pacific Commander and director, Medical Service Corps, during a change of command ceremony on board NMCSD/NMRTC Apr 9, 2021.
