YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 12, 2021) – Saluda, North Carolina native North Gaston High School graduate Petty Officer 3rd Class Cheyenne Hipp is serving aboard the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Ronald Reagan is currently in Yokosuka, Japan, preparing for an upcoming deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
