U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Agapito Ramos, a boatswain’s mate assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 1, Williamsburg, Virginia, stands before the USS Constitution in Boston Harbor, April 3, 2021. Ramos reenlisted aboard the ship for another six years into the Navy. Ramos is currently deployed to Boston as part of the group of service members supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency at the Community Vaccination Center in Boston.
