    MANAMA, Bahrain (Apr. 8, 2021) – Capt. Eric Rozek, left, a St. Paul, Minnesota, native, and incoming Commodore of Commander, Submarine Squadron (CSS) 21 presents Capt. Tim Poe, the outgoing Commodore, from Patuxent River, Maryland, with a Legion of Merit during a change of command ceremony.
