The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) hosts a memorial service in honor of 16 U.S. and Vietnamese personnel that were lost in a MI-17 helicopter crash while out on mission on April. 7, 2001. The ceremony was conducted at the memorial near the crash site in Quang Binh Province, Vietnam, April 7, 2021.
