Sgt. 1st Class Cameron Brindle, battalion operations NCO assigned to 2nd Battalion, 358th Armor Regiment, 189th Infantry Brigade, has led an exemplary period of staff systems renewal within the unit. SFC Brindle facilitated smooth execution of day-to-day operations and partnership training events. During his tenure, he directly established or assisted in the establishment of an entirely remodeled planning standard operating procedure and leader development program. SFC Brindle has approached this strenuous position with the resilience and wisdom of a far more experienced NCO, belying his short ten years of service.
