Kensak-Haines, who worked as an emergency medical technician before joining the Army, is looking forward to pursing a commission when she returns from this mission. “I want to work with an Army Medical recruiter so I can get into the Enlisted Commissioning Program and earn my Bachelor’s in Nursing,” she said.
