Master Chief Quarter Master Robert Barber stands in front of his department of chief petty officers selectees at the graduation ceremony for Class #001 at the USS Midway Museum CPO Legacy Academy. The Legacy Academy is a six-day course in which the CPO selects live aboard the USS Midway and participate in preservation activities, leadership training, community relations projects and learn lessons about the history and heritage of the U.S. Navy and CPO community.
