As a flight surgeon for the Idaho Air National Guard, Lt. Col. Timothy Ruth maintains the flight safety of approximately 50 pilots belonging to the 124th Fighter Wing who fly the A-10 Thunderbolt. He also practices urgent care full-time for St. Luke’s where he treats patients as the director of its urgent care facility in Boise, Idaho.
