The crew of USCGC Stone (WMSL 758) colors team presents the American Flag and Coast Guard ensign during a commissioning ceremony at Coast Guard Base Charleston, S.C., Mar. 19, 2021. Cutter Stone is the first U.S. Coast Guard cutter with a Portuguese navy member to serve aboard. Lt.
