Capt. Jip Mosman, commander, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (left), is presented a plaque by Cmdr. Christopher Brown, commanding officer, ex-Louisville (SSN 724), following acceptance of the submarine during a brief ceremony at the shipyard in Bremerton, Washington, March 9.
