John Heckmann, Camp Lemonier commander, and Mr. Sergio Bennati, facilities engineer for Naval Facilities Engineering Command, during a key leadership engagement involving Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa personnel in Obock, Djibouti, Nov. 12. Once completed, the Obock pier will enable navy berthing, administrative facilities, a civilian boat ramp, boat dock and a classroom with an icehouse.
