CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (March 9, 2021) — U.S. Army 1st. Lt. Jenna K. Heller, from Waconia, Minn., the medical operations officer for Task Force Bayonet, scans identification for Staff Sgt. Timothy Vanhorn from Kewanee, Ill., after he receives the second dose of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine during a vaccination event at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, on March 9, 2021. This is the first time the second dose has been administered on this base. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
