Thomas, who was the team leader for the U.S. Army Reserve Command headquarters move from Fort McPherson, Ga. to Fort Bragg under 2005 Base Realignment and Closure, was presented the award Aug. 29, 2012. He was chosen as the award recipient among other Fort Bragg civilian nominees from on post directorates and tenant units. Pictured from left to right are Davis, Thomas, and Thomas' wife, Joyce.
