    The LEADER Program Class VII graduates are: January McIntosh, Directorate of Public Work; Lavale Edwards, Fort Drum MEDDAC; Tammi Dindl, Directorate of Resource Management; Kathryn Reinsburrow, Directorate of Human Resources; and Amber Sawyer, Directorate of Emergency Services. The LEADER (Leader Enhancement and Developmental Education Requirements) program is a two-year professional development course that includes more than 200 hours of classroom and online activities – all while students maintain their regular work duties.
