Pfc. Samuil Matveev, USAG Rheinland Pfalz, runs to the finish during the 10.6 mile ruck march at Oberdachstetten Training Area March 3 as the final event of the Installation Management Command-Europe Best Warrior Competition running from Feb. 28 to Mar. 3. Matveev finished with a time of 2 hours 54 minutes. The competition enhances expertise, training, and understanding of the skills needed to be a well-rounded Soldier. Winners will go on to compete at the Installation Management Command level in San Antonio, Texas.
