Military personnel in camouflage uniforms are operating what appears to be a shoulder-fired missile launcher or heavy weapon system aboard a naval vessel at sea. The scene is captured during twilight or dawn conditions with dramatic cloud formations and ocean waves visible in the background. A visible exhaust or launch flash is observable near the weapon, suggesting the weapon may have just been fired.
