U.S. Navy sailors in dress blues and white Dixie cup covers are handling mooring lines aboard a naval vessel, likely during a homecoming or departure ceremony. The foreground sailor is wearing a red, white, and blue lei, suggesting a celebratory occasion such as a port arrival. The scene appears to take place at a naval base with port infrastructure visible in the background.
